Flydubai launched its longest new route between Dubai and Europe in early August.
At 12:34 local time on August 2nd, the inaugural service arrived in Basel from DXB following a 6-hour and 25-minute flight. The airline will offer four weekly frequencies with 166-seat Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft.
According to our database, Flydubai will be the only to perform flights between Dubai and Basel, a route of almost 5,000 kilometers.

Air Tanzania incorporated its third Boeing 787
